For 18th November 2018
1. Rosters – if you need to change your schedule, please let Carey know asap
2. Any additional volunteers?
3. You will be emailed a reminder. If you would prefer a phone call, let Carey or Colin know asap.
4. Please be at your garden by the allocated time of your shift.
5. Please ensure that you bring appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen or raincoat/cold weather gear). Please wear flat shoes as you are likely to be standing/walking
6. Please bring any required water/hydration if it is a hot day.
7. Please note your garden and park as far away as possible (unless you have a mobility issue) so that visitors who have limited mobility can park closer.
8. Please note the instructions in your pack for the day.
9. Garden numbers – it doesn’t really matter which garden they go to, so don’t reprimand anyone who is at the wrong garden.
10. Children – welcome but have to be well behaved. No charge for small children – just be reasonable.
11. The Health & Safety signs and Garden open signs will be at the garden when the first shift arrives. First shift please liaise with the Garden Owners to make sure that any hazards are noted on the Health & Safety sign.
